Regenerated Oil
ETEL’s oil regeneration programme is a key step in our commitment to sustainability – recovering and reprocessing degraded transformer oil, returning it to virgin-quality standards. This also helps reduce waste and transport emissions, and supports a circular economy.
By regenerating used oil at our Auckland plant and reusing it in new transformers, we’re closing the loop and powering a cleaner energy future. Hear more from ETEL GM Operations Ryan Datson about oil regeneration and the circular economy in the video – ETEL Oil Regeneration – case study
